The Gym Rookie to Gym Pro Blueprint is a training system that is tailored towards people with ‘no’ or ‘limited’ experience of Strength and Conditioning. It is designed to gradually introduce people to Strength and Conditioning.
Our gradual approach ensures that you don’t get overwhelmed at any stage, for example, for week 1 all you need to do is 2 x 30 min 1-to-1 sessions. The sessions are made up of bodyweight movements whereby you are taught by one of our professional coaches who will be with you every step of the way.
Throughout the weeks we slowly introduce you to more advanced movements that will set the foundations for all things S&C. For the duration of your time at Bandon Strength and Conditioning, you will have a coach guiding you every single step of the way. So you will never have to worry about ‘what you should be doing again!’ We take care of everything. The S&C programming is constantly varied because we always strive to be better!
Our mission here is to first make you comfortable in a gym environment because we know and understand how uncomfortable it can be for beginners, we also understand that the gym can be a scary place for beginners. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that you become confident and self-assured in your abilities.
Just remember that we all started somewhere, we were all weaker before we got stronger.
